Understanding the Site Before Designing the System. The project begins with a detailed assessment of the proposed installation site to understand its technical and physical suitability.

Key Activities:

• Physical inspection of the proposed installation area.
  Assessment of available rooftop, ground or structure-mounted space.
• Verification of roof condition, structural suitability and load-bearing capacity.
• Identification of shadow-producing structures, trees and surrounding obstructions.
• Assessment of existing electrical infrastructure and connection points.
  Verification of available transformer, LT/HT panel and sanctioned electrical load.
• Collection of site coordinates and relevant project data.
  Assessment of accessibility for transportation, installation and maintenance.

Deliverable:

A comprehensive Site Assessment Report with site photographs, measurements, electrical details, observations and preliminary recommendations.
